Keep the diagnosis useful without creating a club score database.
The health check is deliberately browser-only. Answers and results are not submitted, stored or attached to analytics.
Health-check answers
Answers remain in the current browser tab. Refreshing or closing the page clears them. Only the category-free event “club health check completed” is prepared for future aggregate analytics.
Printed or saved plans
If a reviewer prints or saves a plan, that copy is controlled by the reviewer and their club. Avoid adding member names or sensitive personal, financial, health or safeguarding information.
Specialist applications
Workplace Partnerships and New Club Development publish their own specific privacy explanations. Cross-site links do not transfer health-check answers.
